Joan will
share lessons learned from research and experience in healthcare relationship
management. Many organizations have software for CRM, but do not know
how to maximize its potential. She will also introduce some current
research HSM has completed on physician, patient, employee, and payer
loyalty which has prompted creative strategies that are leading to greater
profitability and higher customer retention.
